Transfer fee for your landline is P1,500. A letter of request signed by your company's authorized signatory along with a photocopy of his/her valid ID is required to process this request.

Change number fee is P300. A letter of request signed by your company's authorized signatory along with a photocopy of his/her valid ID is required to process this request.
Can I request for a set of numbers to be my own telephone number?
Yes, as long as the number is still available. Pre-selected premium or attractive numbers which have repeating last 3 or 4 digits or alternating last 4 digits costs a one-time fee of P5,000 for the direct line. Non pre-selected numbers which does not fall under the pre-selected premium or attractive numbers category costs a one-time fee of P3,000 for the direct line. A letter of request signed by your company's authorized signatory along with a photocopy of his/her valid ID is required to process this request.
How fast can you activate additional features on my landline such as Call Waiting feature?
It usually takes 24 to 48 hours to activate basic features such as call waiting. A letter of request signed by your company's authorized signatory along with a photocopy of his/her valid ID is required to process this request.
