PLDT BILLS ONLINE PORTAL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The use of the Bills Online Portal (“Portal”) of PLDT Inc. (“PLDT”) shall be governed by the terms and conditions (“Terms”) set forth below. Before using the Portal, please read the Terms carefully.
The Portal is a paperless billing presentment facility provided by PLDT’s Enterprise Business Group (“PLDT EBG”) that allows enterprise customers of PLDT (“Customers”), through their authorized users, to receive billing notifications and to access, view, download, and/or to print electronic billing invoices in such format as may be determined by PLDT.
By signing the enrollment form, and/or by accessing or using the Portal, you:
Acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms; and
Agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with the use of the Portal.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue access to and use of the Portal.
3.1. The Portal shall be available exclusively to Customers who have registered and enrolled to the Portal through duly authorized representatives.
3.2. The Customer represents and warrants that:
Its authorized user(s) are duly authorized by the Customer and eligible to access and use the Portal; and
Such authorized user(s) shall be bound by these Terms, and shall comply and act consistent with the Company’s obligations under these Terms, as if they were parties herein.
3.3. The Customer shall ensure that only its authorized users are granted access to the Portal.
4.1. Enrollment to the Portal requires the submission of the following information:
Billing account number(s);
Name(s) of authorized user(s); and
Registered email address(es) (username).
4.2. Enrollment to the Portal and any subsequent updates to the information provided in the Portal can only be made by the Customer’s authorized representative. This may be made by sending a request through electronic mail to PLDT’s assigned Corporate Revenue Analyst (CRA).
4.3. The Customer shall ensure that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
By enrolling in and using the Portal, the Customer agrees to receive electronic billing invoices and waives the right to receive printed billing statements via courier, unless otherwise determined by PLDT.
6.1. PLDT shall send a monthly notification to the Customer’s registered email address/es containing a secure link to access the Portal.
6.2. The Customer may access, view, download, and/or print:
Individual electronic billing invoices; and
Consolidated billing invoices, where applicable.
6.3. PLDT reserves the right to determine the format, content, and presentation of all electronic billing invoices.
The Customer shall:
Ensure that the registered email addresses and user information provided in the Portal are valid, updated, and accessible;
Promptly request updates or revocation of user access to the Portal, when necessary;
Ensure that only authorized users access the Portal; and
Be fully responsible for all activities performed using its registered accounts.
8.1. The Customer shall ensure that devices used to access the Portal are secure and free from malicious software.
8.2. The Customer shall exercise caution when accessing the Portal through public or unsecured networks.
8.3. The Customer shall safeguard all downloaded or printed billing invoices against unauthorized access or disclosure.
8.4. The Customer agrees that it will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Portal for any purpose without the express written permission of PLDT. Additionally, the Customer agrees that it will not: (a) take any action which, in PLDT’s sole discretion, imposes, or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on PLDT’s network and infrastructure; (b) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Portal or any activities conducted on the Portal; (c) use the Portal for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable purposes; or (d) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Portal.
9.1. The Customer and its authorized user(s) shall:
Maintain the confidentiality of usernames and passwords;
Change passwords periodically; and
Be solely responsible for all activities conducted under their credentials.
9.2. The Customer shall immediately notify PLDT of:
Any unauthorized use of credentials;
Any suspected security breach; or
Any need to remove or update an authorized user.
10.1. Electronic billing invoices accessed through the Portal shall constitute true and valid copies and may be used as proof of billing.
10.2. In case of discrepancy, between the billing invoice and charges posted in the Portal, the official billing records of PLDT shall prevail.
Access to the Portal may be subject to system maintenance, updates, or interruptions, which are beyond PLDT’s control.
PLDT may, at its discretion, continue or temporarily reinstate printed billing delivery for operational or regulatory reasons.
The Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. PLDT does not warrant that the Portal will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.1. PLDT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Portal at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice.
12.2. The Customer may request termination of the use of the Portal by submitting a duly authorized written request to PLDT through PLDT’s official customer support channels available at https://pldtenterprise.com/support#contact-us.
The rights granted to the Customer under these Terms are non-transferable.
The Customer may not assign or delegate its rights or obligations without PLDT’s prior written consent.
The Customer remains liable for all use of the Portal through its authorized credentials.
PLDT reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Portal after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified or updated Terms.
15.1. Data Privacy
PLDT and the Customer shall comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
For purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”) and its implementing rules and regulations, PLDT acts as the Personal Information Controller of the personal information collected through or in connection with the Portal. PLDT’s processing shall be limited to the following purposes: (a) enrolling and managing authorized user access to the Portal; (b) authenticating users and maintaining account security; (c) sending billing notifications and providing access to electronic invoices; (d) maintaining system functionality, integrity, and security, including audit logging; (e) complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping and lawful disclosures; and (f) establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
The processing of personal information in connection with the Portal shall be governed by PLDT’s Privacy Notice, which is made available through the Portal and forms an integral part of these Terms. The Privacy Notice contains information regarding the purposes of processing, categories of personal information processed, data sharing arrangements, retention periods, security measures, and data subject rights. PLDT reserves the right to update the Privacy Notice at any time. Continued use of the Portal following the publication of an updated Privacy Notice shall constitute acceptance of the changes, consistent with Section 14 hereof.
The Customer represents and warrants that: (a) any personal information it provides to PLDT, including names, contact details, and other information relating to its authorized users, has been lawfully collected and may be disclosed for the purposes set out in these Terms; (b) it has obtained all necessary authorizations from its authorized users prior to enrollment; (c) it shall ensure its authorized users are informed of the applicable privacy terms; and (d) it shall implement reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of Portal accounts and credentials. The Customer shall notify PLDT within forty-eight (48) hours of becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized access, disclosure, or breach of personal data or Portal credentials, and shall reasonably cooperate with PLDT in investigating and mitigating the incident.
By accessing or using the Portal, the Customer acknowledges that it has read and understood PLDT’s Privacy Notice and agrees to the processing of personal information as described therein.
15.2 Data Subject Rights
Authorized users may exercise their rights as data subjects under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including the rights to access, correct, object to, erase, or port their personal information, subject to applicable limitations under law. To exercise these rights, authorized users may contact PLDT’s Data Privacy Officer at dpo@pldt.com.ph.
15.3 Retention Policy
PLDT shall retain personal information collected through the Portal for the duration of the Customer’s active subscription and for one (1) year following termination or expiration of all active accounts or service contracts, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Thereafter, personal information shall be securely disposed of in accordance with PLDT’s data retention and disposal policies.
These Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of PLDT and the Customer.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, available on the Portal, is the property of PLDT or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the content without prior written consent from PLDT.
Neither PLDT nor you shall be responsible for damages or for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond its or your reasonable control, including, without limitation: fire, lightning, pandemics, epidemics, explosion, power surge or failure, water, acts of God, war, revolution, civil commotion or acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies; any law, order, regulation, ordinance or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of any such government or legal body; or labor unrest, including, without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycotts; inability to secure raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages, or acts or omissions of other common carriers.
PLDT does not assume any responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any damages to, or any viruses that may infect, your computer, telecommunication equipment, or other property caused by or arising from your access to, use of, or browsing of this Portal, or your downloading of any information or materials from this Portal. IN NO EVENT WILL PLDT, OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SPONSORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS, NOR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN THE CREATION, PRODUCTION OR TRANSMISSION OF THIS PORTAL, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE OF THIS PORTAL, ANY APPLICATION OR WEBSITES LINKED TO THIS PORTAL, OR THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION OR SERVICES CONTAINED ON ANY OR ALL SUCH PORTAL, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PLDT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW. IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THIS PORTAL OR ANY CONTENT, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USING THIS PORTAL.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold PLDT harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to or in connection with: (a) the use of the Portal or your placement or transmission of any message or information on this Portal by you or your authorized users; (b) your violation of any of these Terms, including without limitation, your breach of any of the representations and warranties above; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights; (d) your violation of any law, rule, or regulation of the Republic of the Philippines or any other country; (e) any claim or damages that arise as a result of any submission that you provide to PLDT; or (f) any other party’s access to and use of the Portal with your unique username, password, or other appropriate security code, as may be applicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Makati City, Philippines.
The failure by PLDT to enforce any of the provisions of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such Terms, but such Terms shall continue and remain in full force and effect as if no waiver had occurred.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PLDT, as may be applicable. Any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of these Terms shall not be binding on you and PLDT except to the extent incorporated in these Terms. You confirm that you have not relied upon any statement, representation or understanding that is not expressly set out in these Terms and that you shall have no remedy in respect of any statement, representation or understanding which is not expressly set out in these Terms.
Privacy Notice
Bills Online Portal
The PLDT BOL Portal (“Service Portal”) is a digital billing presentment facility of PLDT Enterprise Business Group (“PLDT Enterprise”) that enables enterprise customers, through their authorized and enrolled users, to securely receive monthly billing notifications and access, view, download, and/or to print electronic billing invoices (Statements of Account) for their subscribed services. Accessible anytime upon receipt of a secure link sent to the registered email address, the Portal provides a centralized and convenient platform for managing individual or consolidated billing records. Access to the Service Portal is restricted to active PLDT Enterprise Customers and their duly authorized users who have been properly enrolled through PLDT’s designated representatives.
In compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, we share with you the principles that govern how your personal data will be collected, processed, and shared as you enroll and use the Service Portal.

Why your personal data is shared
We have engaged AMDOCS Philippines, Inc. to provide support on technical requirements to operate this Service Portal.
Your personal information will be processed and stored in AMDOCS Management System with data stored in cloud and physical servers located in the Amazon Web Services, Singapore. Salesforce may only process your personal information in connection with the above purposes for which they have been engaged.
When your personal information is disclosed with our Partners, we ensure that it is handled confidentially, transmitted through secure channels, and processed in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
How your personal data is protected
The integrity, confidentiality, and security of your personal information are important to us. This is why we strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within our organization and among our third-party service providers.
From the collection of your personal information through to its storage and deletion, there is always a risk of unauthorized access and misuse of personal data and potential data breaches during transmission. We and our third-party service providers have implemented appropriate technical, organizational, and physical security measures that are designed to protect your information from unauthorized or fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your personal data is also protected from other natural and human dangers.
Notwithstanding the technical security measures that we regularly implement, it is important to remember that the transmission of data via the internet may not be completely secure. We recommend that you likewise take suitable precautions when transmitting data via the internet.
We shall retain records of your enrollment requests for as long as the Portal remains operational or for as long as you maintain active billable services with PLDT Enterprise, whichever is later. Thereafter, such records shall be securely disposed of in accordance with PLDT Enterprise’s internal data retention and disposal policies.
Personal data associated with your use of the Service Portal shall be retained for the duration of your access to the Portal, and for a maximum period of one (1) year following the termination of all your active accounts or service contracts with PLDT, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Your rights and choices
The Data Privacy Act gives you certain rights to your personal data. Subject to exceptions under applicable law, you are entitled to request:
Information about and access to the personal data that we process about you;
Correction of your personal data if it is found to be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete;
Erasure of your personal data in cases where it is no longer needed to achieve the legitimate purpose of its processing;
Restriction of our processing of your personal data in limited circumstances; and
Portability of your personal data so that you may receive a copy thereof or that we transmit the same to another company on your behalf.
You moreover have a right to object to the processing of your personal data, such as in cases when we process your personal data based on our legitimate interests or for purposes requiring your consent.
To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time by contacting our Data Privacy Officer through the contact details provided below or through mvpcup@pldt.com.ph. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before you withdrew your consent or our right to continue parts of the processing based on other legal bases than your consent. If, however, we have not provided you with another legal basis justifying the processing of your personal data in this privacy notice, we will stop the processing and delete your personal data.
To exercise any of these rights, you may get in touch with our Data Privacy Officer through the contact details provided below. In some instances, we may request for supporting documents or proof before we effect any requested changes to your personal data.
If, despite our commitment and efforts to protect your personal data, you believe that your data privacy rights have been violated, we encourage you to come to PLDT first so that we can work together to resolve your complaint. You have the right at all times to register a complaint directly with the National Privacy Commission or to make a claim against us before a competent court (either in the country where you live, the country where you work or the country where you deem that data privacy law has been infringed).
