Placing a call
How to Use:
1. Scratch-off portion indicated in your PLDT Touch Card to reveal 10-digit Card No. and 4- digit Activation Code.
2. Dial 101-74 and enter the 10-digit Card No. followed by the # sign. A voice recording will advise you of the remaining peso value of your Card.
3. Upon first use of the Card, enter the Activation Code followed by the # sign.
4. Dial the number of the person you want to call:
Local/Domestic: 0 + Area Code + Phone Number + #
Call to Celfone: 0 + Access Code + Mobile Number + #
International: 00 + Country Code + Area Code + Phone Number + #
