PBX/KTS SERVICE
Types of PLDT service offering:
- Leased System Equipment (LSE). Perpetual or Straight leasing ths, no transfer of ownership.
- Leased to Own (LTO). Transfer of ownership upon completion of the contract
- Outright Purchase Direct acquisition or ownership
Classification of Customer Premised Equipment (CPEs)
- Private Branch Exchange (PBX) - is a telephone system within the enterprise that switches calls between enterprise users on local lines while allowing all users to share a certain number of external phone lines. The telephone sets called local stations are connected to switching equipment located in the client's premise which is referred to as PABX equipment. The PBX is connected to the Central Office via trunk lines. A PBX caters to high capacity for ports and advance equipment features.
- Key Telephone System (KTS/Hybrid) - Similar to a PBX but KTS caters to a low requirement capacity for ports and basic equipment features.

I. Analog Wired PABX
Notes:
- All rates are VAT-inclusive
- PLDT VOX Managed "Analog Wired" PABX rates do not include voice line services (Regular Trunk line, DID/DOD and ISDN)
- Additional one time fees of P3,000 for small-sized PABX; P 5,000 for medium-sized PABX; and P7,500 large-sized PABX
- Contract term is 60 months
II. Digital Wired PABX
Notes:
- All rates are VAT-inclusive
- PLDT VOX Managed "Digital Wired" PABX rates do not include voice line services (Regular Trunk line, DID/DOD and ISDN)

III. Digital Wireless PABX
