Formally launched in 1997, ACASIA is a joint venture of seven (7) major telecommunications providers in the ASEAN region namely; CAT Telecom Public Company Limited (CAT), PT Incfosat (Indosat), Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. (PLDT), Telekom Brunei Berhad (TelBru), Singapore Telecom (SingTel), Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), and Vietnam Posts And Telecommunications Group (VNPT).
The consortium was formed to address the growing networking needs of business customers in the region and is committed to providing state-of-the-art, reliable and high quality network services to meet the diverse needs of our business customers.
ACASIA strives to guarantee world-class customer support of your ACASIA network services through round-the-clock operations of our network centers. The ACASIA network centers comprises the two Regional Network Operation Center (RNOC) located in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok as well as a host of in-country Local Network Management Centers (LNMCs).
These centers are operated by a team of dedicated engineers and technicians who are accustomed to the language and norms of the locals thus ensuring swift responses to customers requests or complaints by expediting our share-holders in-country and regional depth in provideng world-class customer support.
