Managed LAN solutions. PLDT can design and provide the appropriate Local Area Network set-up for the customers, starting from the customer edge router down to the wired or wireless connectivity of each user workstation. Offerings:
- Managed Router
- Managed Wired LAN (switches, hubs, structured cabling, etc)
- Managed Wireless LAN (wireless access points and wireless interface cards)
Managed Server Solutions. Through an all-in-one server solution based on the internationally recognized NITIX Server Operation System. This Linux-based all-in-one server solution offers web and intranet-based messaging and collaboration, network security, and data storage/recovery, all deliveres through a single Intel-powered server hardware. Options:
- Small Business Server - comes with 5 client access licenses
- Standard Edition Business Server - comes with 20 client access licenses
- Premium Edition Business Server - comes with 45 client access licenses
Managed PC with helpdesk support. Available under straight-lease or lease-to-own option, SNAP! offers an array of the latest branded desktops and laptops to suit companies' specific computing needs. The PCs are already bundled with 8x5 helpdesk support (24x7 also available at a premium) thus they can expect professional-level technical assistance at the user level, both remote and on-site for any PC related issues.
