Easy Steps:
Situation: You (Party A) are engaged in a phone conversation with Party B.

To call a third party (Party C):

1. Quickly press then release "plunger" and listen for dialtone.
2. Party B is automatically put "on hold".
3. Dial Party C's telephone number.

A.  To effect conferencing when Party C answers:

1. Quickly press then release "plunger"
2. Press "3"

B.  To return to Party B if Party C's line is busy or no one answers (continuous ringing):

1. Quickly press and release "plunger". You are now re-connected to Party B.

To alternate between Parties B & C

1. Quickly press then release "plunger" and listen for dialtone.
2. Press "2"
3. Repeat instructions 1 and 2 as necessary.
