PLDT Telehousing is a basic co-location service that offers secured and managed housing facility for customer-provided equipment within PLDT premises.

   Customized space for housing your equipment (dedicated Telehousing Rooms in major/primary sites and shared space with other PLDT equipment in other sites).
2. Power
   Approx. 3KVA AC power allocation per full rack (or requisite DC power complement), with stand-by generator for back-up power . Inverters available at MGO and RCB sites.
3. Fire Suppression System
   Smoke Detectors and fire extinguishers.
4. Cooling
   Regular air-conditioning units (with back-up unit). 25oC -27oC temperature with controlled humidity level.
5. Security
   24 x 7 security. CCTV monitors available only on selected telehousing sites.

   Telehousing is currently offered in full (approx 22 RUs), half, and quarter rack.

   Primary sites include Makati (RCB and MGO Bldg), Calamba in South Luzon, Tarlac in North Luzon, and South Cebu Tower in Metro Cebu. Other areas with Telehousing sites include Rizal, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, Pasay, Cavite, Laguna, Cagayan de Oro, Ozamis, and Davao.
5. How long is the provisioning time?
   Lead time in service provisioning is minimum 30 days for standard requirements (7 feet tall 19” rack data cabinets with standard power requirements). Special build may entail more.
