How many email account will you provide?
The Internet Service of the PLDT Resort Solutions is purely for Internet access only. There are no e-mail accounts provided in this service as this is designed only as hotel access to their Intranet via the public Internet.

Can I resell the Internet access service of PLDT?
The Internet Service of the PLDT Resort Solutions is designed for Hotel business Internet access requirements to access the company’s intranet applications. If you are looking into re-selling the access like in the Internet Café, a possible degradation of the access speed might be experienced specially for multiple user connections.

How long will it take for the PLDT Resort Solutions to get installed?
The installation typically takes from 30 days from the time the order is placed with PLDT to be installed at your location assuming there are cable facilities in your area.

What are the hardware/software requirements for the service?
For the PLDT Resort Solutions, PLDT-PanTelCo will provide the link up to the modem at the Boracay side but may require a router from the client on other remote branches of the company. The software applications and hardware beyond the modem will be the customer’s responsibility.

Who should I call if there is trouble with the service?
You can call our Pantelco representative in your area who will do initial trouble assessment of your service complaints. They will escalate the problem to PLDT if they found that the trouble is within PLDT network. PanTelCo will be your single point of contact for any service trouble reporting.
