1. Network Diversity

   Network diversity is achieved by providing alternate PVC’s from the remote branches to the backup or recovery site once the customer headquarters become inaccessible to the branches.

   1. Shadow PVC is a managed backup PVC providing an always-available alternate link from the remote branch to the backup site.

      Service Features:

      • Always-on backup PVC
      • Drastically minimize downtime due disaster at the primary site
      • PVC has the same or lower CIR than the primary PVC
      • Priced very much lower than the primary PVC
   2. PVC on Demand

      Service Features:

      • Provisioning of backup PVC is on a per need basis
      • Dedicated calling number to PLDT for PVC on Demand clients
      • Allocated bandwidth on the PLDT Brains network
      • Annual or semi-annual mock disaster recovery drill




2. Facility and Hosting Services

   The Facility and Hosting Services caters to the needs of clients looking for a virtually-ready alternative data center site for unplanned and planned disaster cases. This alternate facility is an Internet Data Center on its own with its on site UPS, generators, air conditioning and fire suppression. In addition, it can withstand up to an Intensity 8 Richter Scale earthquake.
