BASIS OF BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

The BossCentral system is a set of individual telephone lines acting as a telephone system. The operation of each phone line is dedicated to its user and provides a call management service that is rich in features while being hosted at PLDT’s network. The backbone is maintained and monitored by the PLDT network operations team, and saves the customer the inconvenience of operating a premise-based system. All features subscribed to are made available in the lines themselves, and only need to be turned on and off by the customer.
