ePLDT, Global 360 offer BPM Suite
MANILA, Philippines, April 27, 2007 — ePLDT, the information and communications technology arm of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company, announced recently that it has partnered with Global 360 to offer Business Process Management (BPM) Suite, a powerful software that will enable organizations to cut costs by streamlining their operations.
“BPM Suite is a powerful application that provides organizations with the tool to consistently process documents faster and if necessary, allow participants to collaborate on projects,” ePLDT Assistant Vice President and Business Development Group Head Erville Magtubo said.
He said BPM Suite will enable organizations to rationalize their operations, boost efficiencies and improve bottomlines.
“BPM Suite can integrate and automate time-consuming and man-power intensive processes. It also supports core business functions to help companies focus on more important issues like servicing their clients by producing quality products,” Magtubo said

The Global 360 BPM Suite application has three components: Filestore, Casefolder, and Process Management.
Filestore works as a repository for images, documents and serves as a content manager. This feature includes full text search, audit history and web-based image editing.
The Casefolder is a dynamic virtual folder that aggregates documents, tasks and subfolders relevant to a case, product or customer. It is designed to provide a single and common view of all documents relevant to a case. This also allows participants to have threaded discussion, much like a bulletin board for easier access of prior interaction or messages.
BPM Suite’s Process Management feature allows the system to automate, manage, and control repetitive business workflow thru the easy-to-use Microsoft Visio graphical display tool.
