How PLDT Guardian Works

Learn how the PLDT Guardian system works by looking at this simple diagram below:

The PLDT Guardian Service Packages are equipped with a GPRS module that automatically sends an alert file via GPRS to the 24 x 7 Central Monitoring Station (CMS) in the event of an intrusion or alarm is detected by the wireless sensors.

The attending PLDT Guardian call center personnel of the CMS will then escalate the event to persons (store owner/manager, building security manager) or agencies (PNP, Fire station) based on the property owner’s pre-defined preference

In the unlikely event that the GPRS is unavailable, the GPRS module will send the alarm to the CMS via the telephone line thus ensuring continuity of communication.
