"CG Forum" is an exclusive channel for us to get in touch and exchange notes about our company and us, its people. No single person has the monopoly of ideas or thoughts. Every contribution is equally important as the rest because each of us is part of a whole that is PLDT.

To maintain effectiveness of the channel as an open communication line for each of us in the company, we at the Corporate Governance Office will be moderating posting of messages. We may also opt to directly reply to a sender before posting the message to better understand the thoughts or ideas being communicated. CG Forum is for everybody in PLDT, so let us join hands in using it professionally and responsibly.

• Complaints relating to accounting and auditing matters will be referred to the Audit Committee through the Head of the Audit and Assurance Group
• Complaints relating to unethical conduct and employee violations of the Code will be received and processed by the Corporate Governance Office, and thereafter, referred to the appropriate investigating/hearing office/body.
• We will send you a written acknowledgment upon receipt of your complaint or concern.
• It is the Company's policy that all complaints and reports of violations made in good faith will be handled confidentially and protected against retaliation.
